Sincere thanks to all parents and children who supported our recent Book Fair.

As you can see from the pictures, the children did lots of extra reading during the week and we encourage them to continue this good habit.

Well known children’s author and storyteller, Paul Timoney spent a day in Rosemount N.S., during the Book Fair.

The children from Junior Infants to 3rd class experienced some very enjoyable storytelling while the pupils in Ms. Kavanagh’s room, 4th to 6th, participated in a creative writing workshop and invented their own props. Thank you to Paul for a fun filled day.

Some firemen from Kilbeggan Fire Station visited our school recently.

Children from 3rd and 4th classes enjoyed meeting them.

They learned a lot about fire safety in their homes.
